When you are ready to obtain real estate services, I have expressed my desire to help the charity organization you care about. For more detailed information about the help I will provide, you may contact the charity organizers. The plan in brief is that by selecting me as your Realtor, after we close on a property, a large portion of the commission I earn will be donated to the charity you name. 

The gift will be paid entirely out of my earnings. That gift will be made in your name, however. Please name the charity you want me to support when we meet in person. You've heard of win/win, but this will result in at least a win/win/win/win by contacting me, naming a charity you want to support, and allowing me to help you with your real estate needs. The gift will be a tax deductible contribution for me as the provider of the funds. For advice about your gift record, you may wish to seek counsel from a tax advisor.
